In IE6 under XP Home, when I try to go to Tools/Internet
Options, I get a window that says the operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on the computer,
and recommends I contact my system administrator. There
is no such person; the machine is my personal laptop, and
I know I didn't put any restrictions into effect. I can
get into Internet Options from Control Panel. My user
privileges are Administrator, and if I set up a different
user with Admin privileges I do not have the problem for
that user.
I know this is probably a registry setting somewhere;
anyone know what causes this?
