Send Picture via E-mail wizard

I have tried everything to get back the "Send Picture via E-mail wizard" when you right click on a photo to send in outlook or outlook express...anyone have any sugestions?....help

Hi,

You need to be using Common Tasks for folders. If this is not the case: Go
to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
