I am in need of information about customizing user
accounts. Specifically, we are ussing stand-alone PCs in
instructional labs and need for the "power users" to be
able to administer passwords on "users" accounts. I there
a quick and easy way to do this?

That right is hard-wired for Administrators in stand-alone=20
machines. Also, if you have an environment where XP=20
passwords are needing to be administratively reset, make=20
sure that you either configure EFS recovery agents on each=20
machine, or disable the use of EFS on them. Administrative=20
reset of an account's password will invalidate the accounts=20
ability to access its previously encrypted files (by design).

Inform your users on the user of password recovery disks,=20
which they can and should create for themselves.
