Hello Jon. I have a HP7966 desk top with pen 4 and win
xp. I have the same problem. I can't get help from HP the
warrenty people are useless and Staples only want to
sell. I am stuck and can't downlaod after doing a system
restore. Could you email me an answewr. I usally can't
find my way back to theses spots once I leave. Thanks and
