process task in my task manager i found one application is
always run and full load "CPU"
What happen it?
always run application is " CMD.EXE"
What is CMD.exe ?
virus?

my pc is
XP + xpsp1 beta ( office xp , Adobe suite , Nero 6 ultra
vertion , jetaudio 4.xx )
Creative Sound Blas
20 G HDD
MSI 48x24x48 rw
sumsaung 52x Rom
256 mem.
Transcend mainboard (socket A)
AMD Athlon XP 1800 +

CMD.exe is not spyware or a virus. It is a real windows file. It is the
command line prompt(dos shell) program. Start, run, type in: cmd, hit enter.
This will show you what cmd.exe is.
