I can't remember my administrator password. I'm locked
out of my PC. Does anyone know of a way to bypass this?

Hi
How to Log On to Windows XP If You Forget Your Password or Your Password

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

I just went through the same thing myself a few minutes ago. This is what
worked for me, and it's quite simple.
Shutdown/restart your computer. When it is booting up, press the F8 key
repeatedly and you will be given several options. Select boot up in safe
mode. Then login as Administrator and leave the password field blank. Once
you're logged in, go to Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and create a
new password for the Administrator account.

correct me if I am wrong
I have tried myself but it does not work
it works for you because your computer local administrator password has been
set to blank.
if the password has been set to other value, it does not work.

Greetings --
That will only work if one were to be so inexperienced and/or
security-unaware as to leave the Administrator's password blank.
