Logon Administrator

I was exploring creation of a new user and added a user
with Computer Administration possibilities. However, When
I turn on my Laptop I'm unable to see the Adminitrator
Login option again. The new user doesn't have my regular
administrator desktop items. How do I get back to logon
as ADMINISTRATOR instead of the new user I created...

Need Help Fast.
