Adminpak and Exchange Manager

My OS is XP Pro SP1

Mail in on Exchange 2000

I am using the Windows Server 2003 Administration Tool Pack.

I have installed, and am using, Adminpak Version: 5.2.3790.0 for Windows XP
to administer Active Directory Users and Computers. When creating a new user
account, after you set the password for the user, I am not getting the
dialog box:



( X ) Create an Exchange mailbox

Alias:

Sever:

Mailbox Store:



Is there a plug-in or component needed?



I was told someone got this to work by installing the Win2000 Adminpak,
bypassing the warning, and then installing Exchange System Manager and I
must have Win2000 Admin tools to install Exchange System Manager.

I can not find a "Win2000 Admin Tools" is the 2003 the same?

Also.... I can not find the "Exchange System Manager." Only a patch:
"Exchange2000-kb815529-x86-enu.exe" which I have applied.
