Windows xp pro windows open and drops downs open mysteriously

Hi,
Running XP pro, nothing was added (software or hardware). All of the sudden
Windows will start opening by themselves and drop down items in programs
such as Word will open by themselves.

So for example without touching the computer all the sudden Word will do
something such as a File-Save As.

Or windows will start switching between open windows.

The virus software is updated and no viruses in scan.
Also suspected maybe a stuck CTRL or ALT key but this is not the case.

Any ideas on what is happening.

You may have gotten a trojan hacker access program. Run Ad-Aware 6 or
Spyboy so as to see and remove any spyware/hijack/trojan programs
