Blue screen error

PLZ i need help...

This hapens when i play my games after allmost exactly 15
minuits a blue scrren pops up and i have to reboth my
computer, on the blue screen the text is:

Driver_RQL_and somthing more

and at the bottom it stands refferd to memmory
xxx*xxx*xxx i cant remember the numbers and i dont get
the problem, i have the latest drivers to my grafic card
and i have the latest directx versaion plz help me or do
i have to re-install windows XP
