HELP PLEASE!

I had an SdBOT virus on my computer and was told that system32.exe and =
sysconf32.exe were the actual virus. So, I quarantined, and then =
deleted both of them. Now, everytime I start windows up, an error =
message says that "system32.exe cannot be found." What should I do?
