Removing Read Only Attribute from CD file

Will someone let me know how to remove the read only
attribute from a recordable CD. Im using XP

Its not possible, unless you have a DVD-RW which is capable of DVD-RAM. =
If you need to change the Read-only attribute of individual files on a =
CD, copy them first to the HD, and change the attributes of the copies.
