Boot into Safe Mode, and Administrator will be available.
Log in as your Administrator account, and delete the new
user.

The default "Administrator" account is only usable when
it is the only account with Admin rights (or in Safe
Mode). Normally you are supposed to create users when you
install Windows, so you normally wouldn't have used the
Admin account as your primary account.

(If you don't know how to get to Safe Mode: Bring up the
Boot Options screen by pressing F8 as Windows begins
booting. You can then choose to boot to Safe Mode)
