Folder view Thumbnail

I just got a new computer, on my old computer (using xp
on both) I was able to view thumbnails of my .eml files
(Outlook Express stationery) I could see the graphics in
the thumbnail. Since I got this new computer I no longer
can see the graphics, I only see a white envelope. Can
someone tell me how to change this, I liked being able to
see the graphics So I knew what stationery that file was.
