Im currently trying to troubleshoot a problem we are
having with a laptop. The laptop will not update using
Windows Update. It goes to the page, will 'scan for
updates' and come back with 0 in all three catagories, and
actually have the 'windows' category greyed out.
I tried a number of things, from the config of IE6 to
reinstalling the OS and manually patching it to SP 1, and
still have the same problems.
Anyone else seen a problem like this before?
