HI was wondering if somebody could shine a bit of light
on my problem, this as happened to me four times now, and
is getting very annoying.

I boot up my machine and an error comes up saying
something like:

cannot boot windows, SYSTEM32 folder is missing or
corrupt,

I keep my antivirus updated and windows,do regular virus
scans, I have Norton antivirus 'autopprotect' turned on,

I just do not get it, I really do not want to have to
install windows again

can anyone help me please, thanks lee.

Hi Lee,

Does the system boot into Safe mode at all?
If you load the Recovery Console, can you see the \system32 folder?
