iedll.exe

Does anybody know what the file : iedll.exe does or where
it is from? I keep getting a message from Norton's
Antivirus stating that it has found the
virus "Downloader.Tooncom" infecting it. Also if
possible, how to get rid of this virus. Plus does anybody
know what the deal is with a program or service or
something called "Win Min". Everytime I go to shut down
or restart windows, this program or whatever it is
crashes and i have to click the End Now button to end it
and it is very annoying. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I found a site that states iedll.exe is part of some spyware and it was
recommended that you install CWShredder from -
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html#cwshredder to remove
it. However, after looking on symantec.com for this virus you mentioned I
found this page -
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/downloader.tooncom.html.
iedll.exe is part of this virus. There are instructions on this page on how
to remove this virus.
