msiexec.exe What is this?

MSIExec.exe is the executable service that runs the
Microsoft Windows Installer service. It needs to run
occasionally either during installation of software
deployed withe Windows Installer, or to verify package
information. It does not need to run constantly.
Page faults are of no concern as they aren't an error
condition, merely part of your computer's normal
operations.
