write protected/program in use?

Hi, I just created an account with limited access to my
computer. When ever I (under the limited access account)
try to create/modify/delete an object in the c drive
(outside of my documents) it says access denied. Is it
possible to only allow a limited user to change a
specific folders contents without changing the account
type from limited to administrator? If so, how?
