After a program unistalling. A big file (about 500MHz) is
remained and I can't delete it. I receive the
message 'Windows use it'.
How can I permanentely delete it?

What is the name of the file and which program have you uninstalled? Do =
you mean 500 MBs?

It must be a file that Windows needs and is using. First, ensure that
it is a correct thing to do delete this file. SEcond, reboot the
machine, and after restart check if Windows still using it. If yes,
then Windows or one of the running applications is using it and needs
it. You need to track this down and stop the program from being in use.
