I have a 200 Gbyte hard disk, partitioned in
C: (10 Gb, Windows etc; 5.7 Gb free)
D: (86 Gb, other programs)
E: (95 Gb, user files: photographs, video)
I try to copy files from my local network to the E-drive
(60 Gb free); files smaller than 4 Gb succeed; one file
of more than 6 Gb gives after 60% download the
message "disk is full" AND IT IS NOT
It makes me desperate

I suspect your disk is formatted FAT32. This file system cannot transfer
data larger than 4GB so you are running into a file system limitation.
Either use NTFS or transfer less data at one time.
