MEMORY LOSS

Keep getting security warnings from different websites
saying

MEMORY LOSS COULD BE CAUSING FREQUENT CRASHES AND COULD
BE SLOWING DOWN YOUR INTERNET BROWSER SPEED.
AND YOUR IP ADRESS IS BEING BROADCAST ALL OVER THE WWW.

I HAVE A HP 774eq, With WINDOWS XP HOME,
Is there something I can do to correct these issues?
I really could use some assistance. :-)

or direct me to the appropriate department please.
