I have a computer that is used by all of my family
members. One in particular, my 14 year old nephew, is
ALWAYS in my documents. I wanted to use the CREATE
ACCOUNT feature so that he would let mine be. It
backfired, so now I have an Administrator Account, no one
else has any security permission, and to top it all off,
I botched up my password and I didn't save it on disk.
I've TRIED EVERYTHING. I've been on MicroSupp since
yesterday. No avail. All I see is Access Denied! I
can't do anything and now I can't find half of my saved
documents. I don't have PERMISSION to install the Win XP
upgrade. After you finish laughing, could someone PLEASE
HELP ME! Thanks!

They just reviewed such a case on The Screen Savers this week, see the
URL below. Good luck.
