ieexplorer error

I have two errors, whenever I have a pop up come up or I
try to open a window (like my computer) or (C Drive)

I get this error

explorer: is not a valid date

or if it is in internet explorer it is

iexplorer: is not a valid date

It freezes up my computer

Also I keep getting these pop ups saying that I have a
java script error.

If you combine one problem with the other then I have a
devil of a time just surfing.
