The binary housing the snapin is gpedit.dll. First, I
would try to re-register this snapin, by unregistering and
then registering again. To unregister, open a command
window, and use this command: "regsvr32 /u gpedit.dll".
This should show a popup that announces that this
succeeded. To register, this command: "regsvr32
gpedit.dll". Again, you should get a popup announcing
success. If you still get the same error, I would suspect
a damaged version of gpedit.dll.
