rundll error

Hello,

My computer runs thefollowing error message at startup -
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiefr40.dll could not be found."
What can I do about this?

Answer from an earlier posting by Ken.

Msiefr40.dll is loaded by a 3rd party application. I found some information
on removing this dll at the following site:
