I'm using Windows XP Home. When I attempt to use the defragmenter I get the
message that "Windows
cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the
appropriate permissions to access the item.".
I'm logged on as the computer administrator and I know the program's there!
So what's wrong?
