security update question

I have somehow messed my poor pc up again, however thats
not my problem since I seem to be always wiping my hd for
some reason or another, anyway, my question is, can I
somehow write my updates from the past year onto a backup
cd so I dont have to download them again? if so where
would I look to find what I need to put on cd for it to
work? thanks.

Kara;
The installed updates are not in a usable form on the computer.
You can download them from the Windows Catalog and burn to CD for
future use:
