I'm running XP, and the "Open With. . . ." utility will not add my photo editing program to the list of programs to choose from when I select it throught the "Browse" button. I can navigate to the application, but when I click on "Open," nothing happens e
xcept the "Open With" window pops up again. (I am attempting to do this to set a default editing program for the photos in My Pictures.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
