This relates to an earlier post about an app (Panagon IDM Viewer) that works
100% OK when user has local admin rights. With a Power User account File
Open and File Save As fail - with no error message. Both functions call the
windows dialogs.
BUT - We have found that with a Power User test account it also works 100%
OK.
Only difference we can find is that Local Admin and Test Power User accounts
have "My Documents" defaulting to local drive (C:\Documents and
Settings\{user}\My Documents). Other accounts have "My Documents" defaulting
to a network drive (the user's personal network drive G:\My Documents).
Monitoring doesn't show any errors at all.
Any clues as to how we can resolve this???
Thanks
