I've moved my development to win2003 and find that I
appear to no longer have the scardssp.tlb which is wrapped
inside the scardssp.dll. From the dllhelper site it
appears that version 5.1.2600.0 was the last version and
that was for XP Home and Pro, so what to use on a Windows
2003 Enterprise Server?
