I am having the same problem and at first I thought that I
was losing my mind. I have a cable modem, not ADSL like
yourself. I have programs running in the background which
are sending out files (batches I think was referenced)
unbeknowst to me. I have posted in great detail what is
happening to me over on the Security.virus group.
