XP pro on W2K server - roaming profile

If I want the profile to be held on the server how do I get the users
profile etc to update to the server and not remain local? Is there a GP
setting I must change.

I want the users to have a roaming profile.

It was easy with system policies, but how do I make it roaming in XP?
