i have lost the product key code to set up Word 2002.
how do i solve this problem

Look around carefully for the package.
If unable to locate:
Retail Word 2002-contact Microsoft:

OEM Word 2002:
Contact the seller, Microsoft can not help with OEM.

If you have the product already installed, you can go to
http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php and download AIDA32 to view the CD
keys of installed software. If you trying for the initial
installation, you are out of luck. If you have not installed
before, you are very unlikely to have registered the software
already. Microsoft would require proof of ownership before helping
you. The key should be on the back of the CD case. If Word were
part of a Microsoft Office suite, you have no rights to break up the
suite through partial installation on different computers. It's all
or nothing.
