I recently updated windows to find a blue screen of death
and would like to know how to help one of my users get
rid of the hotfix, you can't boot so I have to slave the
drive and would like to know where the log files are and
how to read to reverse the changes

If you know the update Number(like Q323279)
It is listed under the XP directory as $ntuninstallQ323279& (example)
click the uninstall executable and it will be gone
