Most likely it's your Zone Security Settings if you are
using Internet Explorer. To check:
For most versions of Internet Explorer go to the top of
the browser window and select "Tools"/"Options"/"Security"
Select the small icon (click once) named Internet (or
whatever security zone the site in question is run under-
most likey "Internet" if you are unfamiliar with this
setting)
Next, slide (by dragging) the slide bar under or near
where it should say "security level..." to medium or lower.
Note: I highly recommend resetting it back to a higher
setting after browsing the sight in question as generally
the lower the setting the less secure you are while
browsing. Another way, how I do it, it is click once to
highlite the "Trusted Sites" Zone Icon and set the
security level to low or default. Then, click on the
button named "Sites" then click "Add" after typing the url
for the site you are having problems with.
I set my "Internet" Zone settings to highest possible
(which denies AciveX enabled sites, which is probably your
problem). I then add all common sites and webmail to the
less secure "Trusted Sites" Zone.
