Windows XP Having Its Way With My Icons

Every now and then, Windows decides to randomly move all
of my desktop icons over to the left-hand side. Arrange
Icons is set to align by grid, but not AutoArrange.

This does not happen after the screen size has changed.
This happens occasionally after I come out of hibernation.

Any ideas?
