go to Start --> Control Panel (switch to classic view -->
adminstrator tools --> Local Security Policy --> Local
Policies --> Security Options. You should see a
policy "Interactive Logon: Do Not require CTRL + ALT +
DEL" with a not defined under status. Double click on it,
and check disabled. This should require your user to hit
ctrl-alt-del when they logon.
