Cookies

I have a new Dell XP computer about 1 week old and I
can't enable my cookies to view certain web-sites. I
can't find any cookies to enable where help screens are
telling to look. I have Internet Explore at work and I
know where to go and enable cookies and disable it. I've
looked in tools, internet options under security tab and
went into custom level and scrolled down and cookies
should be write above the download enable or disable
area, but on my system it's not. I need help. I don't
know if cookie is located there for XP or not. Please
help. Thanks

You said you checked under the security tab, you should be looking under the
PRIVACY tab.
