NTLDR missing/Administrator password required EMERGENCY

I have had a major crash and can't get further than
trying to restore or replace. It keeps asking me for an
administrator password which at this time is Blank but is
not allowed to be entered. It says I MUST enter a
password and I cannot get into my system to change this.
Can someone help? This is an emergency

Put the XP CD back into the computer and set the computers bios to boot from
CD. This will allow the recovery mode to start.
