forgot password

This must the week for us fools and our passwords...I had
other major problems and while trying to fix those I
somehow allowed for Win XP Pro to create a password, and I
do not know it...When I try to restore last good config
from the dos screen, Win Xp Pro starts to boot up and than
says there is a prob. with the password and shuts down
automatically. When I try to do a boot from the cd rom,
it once again ask me 4 a password three times and than
shuts down...What can I do?
