i'm the admin on the computer, and my siblings have there
own accounts (2) and i have this musicmatch jukebox,
everytime they try to access it, a popup screen says that
i need someone with a greater access right.

is there a way to change there access right without
putting them as admins? and how can i make the jukebox
active for them to use. without the popup screen to come
up

Thanx, chris

This is commonly seen from applications that fail to meet the Windows =
logo certification requirements.

The first thing to do is to check whether the application compatibility =
toolset can help. The next thing is complain to the supplier of the =
application that such non-certifiable behavior is not appreciated nor =
acceptable.
Then, in the real world after the above have accomplished nothing, the =
first thing to try is to grant the Users group modify on the area where =
the application has installed, usually a folder within Program Files.
If this is insufficient, then very often one or both of the next =
increased grants to Users group helps
1. some folder outside of the app install point where
attempts are made to create temp files
2. the registry keys of the application
The regmon and filemon tools from www.sysinternals.com can help one =
determine what accesses are being attempted but are denied to Users only =
accounts.
