Boot problems: Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly

My Windows XP home edition (Norwegian version) won't
start.
It just keeps showing de animated boot sequence, then
turn black, then showing a bluescreen, then rebooting
again (after displaying bluescreen for about 2 seconds).

I have tried every boot option (press F8) without any
luck.

The bluescreen shows the following message (translated
roughly from Norwegian):
STOP: c00002a { Critical System Error }
System process: Windows Logon Process terminated
unexpectedly with status 0x00000080 (0x00000000,
0x00000000).
System terminated.
