"Folder Options" is missing in the Control Panel and
under Tools menu in Explorer.
WHen I try to find it in Windows XP HELP and click on
Folder options shortcut in the Help
window I receive message: "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect
on this computer. Please contact yoursystem administrator"
How to get the option back into my Control panel and
Tools menu.
Another problem that happened at the same time when this
option dissapeared is that the
Windows sounds for "Windows start" and "Windows exit" are
not being played by windows
although the correct sound scheme is selected and the
sound card is working perfectly.
Thank you for your help!
