I am working from home and attempting to send an e-mail
attachment. I am given a notice that it on't allow me to
send the attachment because of a virus? I am just sending
a report for my sociology class I WROTE! No virus! Please
help!

Have you run a full virus scan of the system to be certain? :-)

Carol;
See if this helps:
Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
other bad code being received with attachments.
It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
least weekly.
