Password, remembering

Everytime I boot up and open Outlook (my mail server) I
am asked for my password. I enter it and click "rember
password". When I am ready to send email I get the same
message box "enter password" I do, and then
click "remember password". During any session on the
computer I may be prompted for password again. I went to
tools, accounts, properties, servers and the password box
is empty. I type in my password and click"remember". When
I back out of that tab and turn around and re-enter the
servers screen, the password box is empty again. Can
anyone tell me how to get the password remembered? This
is not life threatning, but pretty frustrating.

I too have the same damn problem. My computer wont
remember ANY of my passwords except for my initail login.
