After reinstalling XP, the following problem has
occurred: it takes approximately 25-30 seconds for e-mail
to connect to server and send message. This problem
occurs whether or not I use Eudora or Outlook. Receiving
messages is no problem. Any suggestion to correct problem
will be appreciated.
