No, it means you can install it on a computer that has 1 or 2 processors installed.

Hi, No. This means it will works on a dual processor system.

No, it means a single PC with 1 or 2 CPUs (this means a single or dual CPU
capable mother board)

CPU = central processing unit.
A cpu is not a computer. A computer is a unit consisting of different pieces
of hardware of which one piece of hardware is a CPU.
1-2 CPU means 1 or 2 central processing units in the same computer.

More info:
Means 1 to 2 physical processor units (ie: P4 chips). Hyper-threaded P4
processors do not count since the hyper-threaded second processor is
virtual. Therefore, on a dual processor system with 2 HT processors, you
now get 4 processors in total (2 physical, 2 virtual).
BTW: Virtual here means that the processor and motherboard BIOS can use
some "software" to make a second processor. Hyper-threaded processors also
work in Home.

No. A CPU is not a computer. You can install it on a single
computer. However that computer can have either one or two CPUs.
