Dear Microsoft customer service,

I am encountering this problem every time I try to open my
e-mail. It was working for a while then this starting
popping up. Any idea how I can fix this???
Thank you for any help you can give.

"The procedure entry point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could
not be located int the dynamic link library MPR.dll."

This is not Microsoft Customer Services.

What email reader is this ? Netscape ?=20
The message indicates that Netscp.exe is attempting=20
to make an invalid call. Perhaps something has=20
happened to your email reader, or there is an updated=20
version available.
