Thanks for the tip, Doug. This starting popping up for me everytime I closed Word once I downloaded a recent SP to Office 2000. It happened even when I just opened Word and closed it without ever doing anythign else. I'm sure something is wrong in Word,
but mostly I just wanted to eliminate this annoyance. I looked all over the Tools/ Options menu and even asked Clippie with no luck. How simple it is once you know how.
